What is the Fast Start Diet?
The Fast Start Diet is a convenient, easy to follow, calorie restricted diet of tasty and nutritious snacks.
Each day’s foods are individually bagged and labeled. Follow the regimen and eat only those foods. No substitutions.
We recommend that you start the limited fast on either a Monday or Tuesday so that you do it during the week when you’re busy with work or school and you’re done before the weekend, when temptation is greatest.
It is recommended that before you start any diet you should seek the advice of your doctor. Please read the “Medical Disclaimer.”
Try to space the daily foods out to help you deal with the hunger. You will find on our Website a “Suggested Eating Plan,” to help guide you.
You’ll also find under “Diet Hacks” suggestions from people, like yourself, who have tried the Fast Start Diet and offered their suggestions. We are constantly striving to make the Fast Start Diet better, and welcome your comments and suggestions.
We’ve included a water bottle to encourage you to drink plenty of water. You’ll also be drinking a lot of fluid in the way of teas, soups and the “Green” drinks included.
