  • Teas and coffee throughout the day

Day 1

Morning – kind bar
Mid-morning – almonds
Afternoon – multigrain tortilla chips and hummus
Mid-afternoon – super greens (mix with 8 or more ounces of water and psyllium packet)
Evening – spinach & kale chips
Late Evening – miso soup

 

Day 2

Morning – larabar
Mid-morning – almond butter and pita chips
Afternoon – chia bar
Mid-afternoon – super greens (mix with 8 or more ounces of water and psyllium packet)
Evening – red pepper & tomato soup
Late Evening – nut thins & olives

 

Day 3

Morning – kind bar
Mid-morning – pistachios
Afternoon – hippeas
Mid-afternoon – super greens (mix with 8 or more ounces of water and psyllium packet)
Evening – vegan chicken soup & cheese crisps
Late Evening –coconut chips
