After the Fast
If you’re doing “The Diet” simply as a tune-up, or cleanse, then you’re already leading a healthy lifestyle and are ok with your weight and will continue as before. If, on the other hand you are doing it with your primary objective being to lose weight, then you probably already have some plan in mind, and are using “The Diet” as a “Springboard,” to motivate you. Either way, there are plenty of great diets out there. But, no matter what path you choose to follow afterward, the 3-Day Fast Start Diet is THE VERY BEST place to begin.
